1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons McCormick® Cinnamon Extract, divided
4 slices bread
Beat eggs in a shallow dish or pie plate. Add milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon of the flavor; whisk until well blended.
Dip each bread slice in egg mixture, turning to coat evenly on both sides.
Cook bread slices on a lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
