Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

Coated in Parmesan cheese and cooked in butter for juicy, slightly cheesy flavor


1 cup grated Parmesan

cheese

1 tsp. salt, divided

12 tsp. black pepper, divided

112 Ib. boneless pork tenderloin

1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. butter, divided


1. In shallow bowl, combine Parmesan, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

Cut pork into 1/2-inch-thick slices, then coat

with Parmesan mixture; set aside,


2. In large nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 1 cup butter. Add pork and cook about 3 minutes per side (safe internal temp. 145°F). Remove from

skillet and keep warm
