Keto Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:
• 2 cups almond flour
• 3/4 cup sugar replacement of choice: swerve, monk fruit etc
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 salt
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Egg
• 3/4 cup dark chocolate chip
Instructions:
Mixed all dry ingredients...
Next add butter, egg, vanilla ...
Mix well - then added the chocolate chips!
Split mixture into 2 small 6 in. skillets
Baked it in a skillet at 350 for 30 min or until golden brown!
Approx 2 net carbs
