Bridge Math: Accounting, Business Mathematics & Entrepreneurship (Semester One)

Bridge Math: Accounting, Business Mathematics & Entrepreneurship is a full-year applied mathematics course designed to prepare high school seniors for college business programs, accounting courses, entrepreneurship opportunities, and financial careers. Students will explore mathematics through real-world business applications including accounting principles, bookkeeping, financial statements, budgeting, pricing, payroll, taxes, inventory management, business analysis, and entrepreneurship. Through hands-on projects, business simulations, worksheets, case studies, spreadsheet activities, and entrepreneurship challenges, students will learn how businesses use mathematics to make decisions, measure success, manage resources, and create sustainable growth. Students will develop a professional financial portfolio demonstrating their understanding of accounting practices, business operations, and entrepreneurial planning.
