
Grilled Corned Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:
12 slices pumpernickel bread
1/2 c. thousand island dressing
6 slices swiss cheese
6 tbsp. drained sauerkraut
1/4 lb. cooked or canned corned beef, sliced
Butter or margarine, softened
Directions
Spread 6 slices of bread with dressing.
Top each with cheese, I tbsp. sauerkraut, corned beef, and bread slices.
Butter top and bottom of sandwich
Grill on both sides on griddle or sandwich grill until hot and cheese melts.
**This is good also on miniature rye bread and can be heated in microwave oven for a short time.
